August Update

Hello, we hope you're having a relaxing Bank Holiday Monday. A small update, with many thanks due to our staff, as we move into a new month. This month we were exceptionally pleased to welcome our 1 year anniversary of CQC registration for regulated Patient Transport Services undertaken by us directly. It has, quite obviously, been an incredible year with plenty of achievements. Without the support of our amazing staff, those achievements would have been impossible, so it is important to take time to say thank you to them for this.

As we now welcome the likelihood of our first CQC inspection we took the time over the past 7-days to perform various internal audits across all areas, present our Key Lines of Enquiry evidence to our external consultant for mock inspection and evaluation, and identify areas of improvement and innovation over the next year. In the past week, staff has also gone the extra mile to ensure our facilities, equipment, and vehicles are compliant and spotless, while also undertaking 30 fully-funded and accredited supplementary CPD modules, in addition to their annual 11 mandatory and statutory training modules.

As a result of our internal audit, and very reassuring results from our annual staff and client survey, we are very much looking forward to welcoming our first CQC inspection. We would like to also openly invite any of our clients to arrange to visit us at any time, to see our facilities, meet our staff, and see the passion that goes into what we do.

We look forward to sharing more updates about the great achievements we've made shortly, and a big THANK YOU to all our staff, clients, and other supporters for a very successful first year in our regulated activities.
